How does Pick up work?

Our team at AURORA IN ALASKA knows that your time is valuable. For your convenience our team uses a guide tracking system, allowing you to be in the comfort of your hotel room until your guide is close to your location. No more waiting in the lobby and worrying that you missed us. Our WooDelivery system allows you to see when you are assigned a guide via text and email. The ETA's given are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Please allow 15 minutes on either side of this ETA as we can not predict traffic flow or guest delays. Please verify your address on the link provided as circled in the image below.

Please note that as each stage the colors on this link do change. Blue for assigned, yellow for in route, orange for arrived and green for completed. We do hope this makes this process as easy as possible for you. If at any time you are unsure you can text the driver through the SMS text or to our phone 907-750-5550.

The WooDelivery system will automatically update you when you guide is in route, arrived and when they have picked you up. We do hope this helps your pick up process be as smooth as possible.

Below you can see how you can track your guide to your location. Please understand that this updates in real time, but you may have to refresh your screen to see the most accurate location of your guide.
